The Pitt Construction team is currently looking for experienced Heavy Duty Equipment/Fleet Maintenance Mechanics.
Diesel Mechanics need to be highly organized and communicate effectively, as they will be expected to maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles/equipment.
Additionally, this role will be primarily responsible for the management of all vehicle/equipment maintenance, including but not limited to, vehicle status, preventative maintenance program, and annual inspections.
Minimum qualifications needed:
- Must have your own tools
- CDL License (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of DOT requirements
- Mechanic/Technician experience (Diesel Engines & Drive Trains, Hydraulic, Electric and systems).
- Some welding and fabrication
- A minimum of 5 years mechanical experience
- Demonstrated safety attitude
